Symbolic ‡ Tentacles Though i am the last person on Earth who would be caught listening to pop - meaning won't be caught at all - i can't resist to adore this puppet master of manikins. From budgety, yet tasty, music clips and artistic look to sheer elegance of his rich chamber pop sound, smoothly blending strings, partially keyboards, with mesmerizingly pin-point use of guitars and female back vocals. Bree's baritone is also unforgettable. New Zealand's serial killer at it's finest! Favorite track: After The Curtains Close.

weddingcake2007 Since the end of 2018 Jonathan Bree is rapidly becoming one of my all time top tier artists especially when it comes to how I can't seem to ever get enough of him and literally every album he has. There's a delectable blend of other worldly talent and aesthetic that is almost contradictory in how human it really is at its core. This album has me feeling all kinds of things and I'm just honestly so grateful this piece of music finally materialized. The world and all its problems surely needed it. Favorite track: Happy Daze.

The end result is a musical palette one could describe as dark Disney. These elements are present in his breakthrough viral hit, ‘You’re So Cool,’ which currently has over 12 million views on YouTube. ... more
